Add a new “audition” content type that, somewhat like our current videos page, allows members to upload pre-recorded auditions or direct-record auditions via webcam (e.g., Flixn or YouTube QuickRecord).

Might include fields for:

• project/title
• copy/script author
• casting director; e.g., specifically who this audition piece is for (members should use videos page for non-project specific demo reels, monologues, etc)
• video URL (or possibly embed code)
• rating (possibly allow all members, or just industry/casting members, to vote or rate each audition? … as long as it doesn’t become a gimmick… then also consider anonymous vote/rate)
  • simple vote/rate, or
  • multi-criteria; e.g., if performer fit character, how their style was, etc (have to come up with some reasonable criteria to actually give performer feedback they can use to improve their future work, kinda like “one on one” feedback)
