Consider adding roles at sign-up for:
- fan - non-performer guest who can post limited content, subscribe, etc
- mentor - non-performer who provides advice, support, etc (perhaps retired people, etc?)
- crew - non-performer crew positions (e.g., grip, PA, etc)
…and consider changing:
- “non-performer” to “industry” (e.g., director, writers, PR, agent, etc), although i’m still not sure “industry” is the best term as it might be too general?
