Bio

I am a native New Yorker. I grew up in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx where I spent my childhood adoring the NY Yankees, running in and out of johnnie pumps to cool off during the hot summer months, and flying kites from my tenement rooftop. I know every borough from Dekalb avenue in Brooklyn to Astoria to Forest Hills to 241st in the Bronx to the lower eastside of Manhattan to Wall Street.

I am half Puerto Rican and half Greek; so I love roasted pork, rice and beans, and souvlaki on a stick. My dad would tell me how he romanced my mother by taking her to see movies at the RKO in Manhattan in the 1940’s. I became a movie buff at an early age, and got my first taste of acting when I saw Al Pacino at Lehman College. He was reciting poetry from a famous Irish poet and I still can remember how the entire room was transfixed on his every word.

I spent the past 20 years raising a family and dreaming of starting an acting career, and, now, I am free in spirit and mind, with years of real life experience to carry me forward. I still have another 20 plus years to give to the craft; and am eager to start.
